Your coach
Meet Chris Liddle.
An Edmonton coach who helps adults build strength they can actually use — with clear direction, honest progress and no intimidation.

The coaching behind Invigorate Training
Invigorate Training exists to make quality strength coaching approachable for real people — beginners, returners and anyone who wants to feel more capable without the noise of extreme fitness culture. Chris built it around a simple belief: strength is a skill you can develop, and the program should always meet the person where they are.
Chris is an Edmonton-based personal trainer and online coach who works with clients both in person and remotely. Alongside his own coaching, he delivers online programming as part of the A-Team Fitness coaching team, and works across the wider fitness and media industry.
His coaching is direct, warm and grounded. Sessions focus on movement quality first, sensible loading second and consistency above everything else. There are no guaranteed outcomes, no shame and no transformation clichés — just steady, honest progress you can keep.
Recognition
Chris was named Best Personal Trainer at the 2020 Best of YEG Thrive Awards, which recognise Edmonton's top wellness professionals. He has also been featured in YEG Thrive on building a career in the industry and on making the journey to health accessible for all. See media & features.
Scope of practice
Chris coaches fitness and strength within a clear professional scope. He is not a medical provider and does not diagnose or treat injuries; when something falls outside his scope, he refers clients to the appropriate qualified professional.
