Group training · South Edmonton
Coached strength circuits in a small, supportive group.
Structured, coached group sessions that keep the programming intentional and the atmosphere welcoming — the accountability of training with others, without losing the coaching.
Who it's for
Is this the right fit?
Group training suits people who train better alongside others, want structure and accountability, and enjoy a supportive room over a solo session.

You prefer coached programming to figure-it-out-yourself workouts.
- ✓
Value community
You like a welcoming, non-intimidating room where everyone is working toward capability.
- ✓
Any experience level
Every movement scales, so beginners and experienced trainees work side by side.

Good things to know
How big are the groups?
Groups are kept small so the coach can watch technique and scale movements for each person. Exact numbers are confirmed during your consultation.
What if I am a complete beginner?
That is welcome. Every movement has a beginner-friendly version, and the coach will guide you to the right option in real time.
Are there specialty circuits?
Yes — options such as a strength circuit and a strength-and-conditioning circuit may be available. We confirm the current schedule when you enquire.
Where do sessions run?
Group sessions run inside AIM Fitness at 9818 54 Ave NW in South Edmonton.
