Beginner personal training in Edmonton
One-to-one coaching for people who are new to the gym. It's patient and clear, and built around learning to move well before anything else.
If you've never trained before, or it's been years, starting can feel like the hardest part. You may not know which exercises to do, how much weight to use, or whether you're doing anything right. Beginner personal training removes that guesswork.
Sessions start with the basics: how to squat, hinge, push, pull and brace. You learn those patterns well before load is ever the focus. You'll always know what you're doing and why, and progress happens at a pace that builds confidence instead of soreness and doubt.

Good things to know
I'm out of shape. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Beginner sessions are designed for exactly where you are today. There's no fitness test and nothing is rushed.
How often should a beginner train?
Most beginners do well with one to three sessions a week. We'll confirm a realistic schedule during your consultation.
Will I be sore?
You may feel some mild muscle soreness at first. Sessions are planned to build you up gradually, not wipe you out.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfortable clothes you can move in, supportive shoes, a water bottle and a towel.
Where do sessions happen?
Inside AIM Fitness at 9818 54 Ave NW in South Edmonton, with parking on site.
