Return to training in Edmonton
A sensible, confidence-building restart after time off, a life change or a past injury, with conservative volume and steady progress.
Coming back isn't about picking up where you left off. It's about meeting your body where it is now. Whether you've been away for months or years, a careful restart helps you rebuild without the setbacks that often come from doing too much too soon.
Sessions begin with conservative volume and familiar, predictable movements. As your body responds, we build strength, capacity and confidence step by step, so training becomes something you trust again.

Good things to know
Do I need medical clearance?
If you're returning after injury, surgery or a health event, please get clearance from your healthcare provider first. Chris works within a clear scope of practice.
Is this physiotherapy or rehab?
No. This is fitness coaching. Chris doesn't diagnose or treat injuries, and he can work alongside your physiotherapist.
How long until I'm back to normal?
It depends on your history and how long you've been away. The plan progresses based on how your body responds, not a fixed timeline.
What if something hurts?
Sessions are adjusted around comfortable ranges. Sharp or unusual pain means we stop and refer you to the right professional.
