Strength Circuit in Edmonton
A coached small-group strength circuit every Friday at 7:00 PM. Structured, scalable stations where you build real strength together.

The Strength Circuit is built for people who want quality strength training with the energy and accountability of a small group. Each session moves through coached stations of squats, hinges, presses, rows and carries, with clear progressions so everyone works at the right level.
It's a structured way to end the week. You'll train alongside a supportive group, get real coaching on your technique, and leave stronger than you arrived.
