Strength & Conditioning Circuit in Edmonton
A coached circuit that blends strength work with controlled conditioning. You build capability and work capacity without losing technique.

The Strength & Conditioning Circuit adds controlled conditioning to structured strength work. You'll build strength and stamina together, with every station coached to keep movement quality high.
Expect a mix of strength stations, carries, med-ball work and low-impact conditioning intervals. It's challenging, scalable and never chaotic, so you finish feeling capable, not broken.
